An Act To Provide For Formation And Legal Administration Of Homeowners' Associations; To Enact Definitions; To Provide Guidelines For Membership And Organization Of Associations; To Provide Guidelines For Developers Retaining An Interest; To Specify The Association Formation And Powers; To Provide For A Board Of Directors; To Invalidate Unconstitutional Restrictions In Governing Documents; To Provide For Bylaws; To Create Developer Liability For Misappropriation Of Association Funds; To Create A Lien For Unpaid Assessments; To Bring Forward Section 19-5-10, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Pertains To Master Planned Communities For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
