Summary

An Act To Amend Section 23-15-627, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Qualified Elector Currently Detained Before Trial, But Who Has Not Been Convicted, And Will Be Detained On Election Day During The Time Which The Polls Will Be Open Shall Be Entitled To Vote By Absentee Ballot; To Amend Sections 23-15-631, 23-15-713 And 23-15-715, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; To Bring Forward Section 23-15-721, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
