An Act To Create New Section 77-3-2.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To State The Public Policy Of The State Of Mississippi Regarding Universal Availability Of Local Exchange Telephone Service At Affordable Rates And Universal Access To Broadband Services; To Establish The "keep Mississippi Connected Fund"; To Amend Section 77-3-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "broadband Services" And By Defining The Term "high Cost Provider"; To Amend Section 77-3-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify The Authority Of The Public Service Commission; And For Related Purposes.
