An Act To Amend Section 65-7-121, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors To Grant An Easement Of An Abandoned Section Of The County Road System To The Landowner Whose Property Adjoins An Abandoned Section Of The County Road System; To Bring Forward Section 65-7-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Amendment; To Require Notice Of The Public Hearing Regarding The Abandoned Section Of The Road System To Be Sent To All Landowners Whose Property Adjoins Such Abandoned Section Of The Road System; And For Related Purposes.
