Summary

An Act To Amend Section 57-73-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Permanent Business Enterprise That Qualifies For Certain Income Tax Credits May Elect To Pass Through All Or A Portion Of Such Credits To Its Employees; To Provide That A Business Enterprise Desiring To Pass Tax Credits Through To Its Employees Must Notify The Department Of Revenue Of Such Intent And Provide The Department With Certain Information; To Amend Sections 57-87-3, 57-87-5, 57-87-7, 27-111-1 And 27-7-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; To Limit The Amount Of Tax Credits That A Business Enterprise May Pass Through To Its Employees In A Taxable Year; And For Related Purposes.
