An Act To Amend Section 89-7-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Landlord Tenant Provisions By Clarifying That A Summons Is Only Required To Be Placed In Some Conspicuous Place On The Premises Where The Tenant Last Resided, When The Tenant Cannot Be Found; And For Related Purposes.
