An Act To Amend Section 27-39-303, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Authorization For A County To Use General Fund Monies For County Road And Bridge Construction By Deleting The Thirty Percent Cap And Authorizing Any Amount Subject To Replenishment In The Following Fiscal Year From Monies Received From The Office Of State Aid Road Construction; And For Related Purposes.
