Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 27-33-75 And 27-33-67, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Person Having A Service-connected, Total Disability As An American Veteran And Who Has Been Honorably Discharged From Military Service Shall Be Exempt From All Ad Valorem Taxes On The Assessed Value Of Homestead Property And To Extend Such Exemption To Unremarried Surviving Spouses Of Such American Veterans; And For Related Purposes.
