An Act To Amend Section 37-61-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Each School District To Reduce The Amount Budgeted For Certain Administrative Expenditures Each Year; To Provide That The Reduction May Be Deducted From All Sources Of Revenue Received By The School District Except Certain Federal Funds; And For Related Purposes.
