Summary

An Act To Amend Section 49-7-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Exemption From Licensure Provided To Resident Hunters 65 Years Of Age Or Older; To Require Those Persons To Purchase A Combination Resident Hunting And Fishing License For Ten Dollars; To Provide That All Exempt Hunting And Fishing Licenses Previously Issued For Persons Age Sixty-five (65) Years And Older Shall Be Null And Void Effective July 1, 2013; And For Related Purposes.
