Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-19-56.27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reauthorize The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags Supporting The Department Of Marine Resources For Supporters Of The Mississippi Seafood Industry And To Require Fees Collected From The Issuance Of The License Tags To Be Deposited Into The Mississippi Seafood Marketing Program Account Rather Than The Artificial Reef Program Account; To Amend Section 49-15-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Section And To Create The Mississippi Seafood Marketing Program Account In The Seafood Fund; And For Related Purposes.
