Summary

An Act To Amend Section 29-3-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize School Boards Having Control Of Sixteenth Section Forest Lands To Enter Into Long-term Supply Agreements For The Sale Of Certain Forest Products; To Provide That Supply Agreements May Only Be Entered Into Upon The Recommendation Of The State Forestry Commission And Shall Be Subject To The Approval Of The Forestry Commission And The Secretary Of State; And For Related Purposes.
