Summary

An Act To Amend Section 69-29-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Director Of The Mississippi Agricultural And Livestock Theft Bureau To Require Persons Seeking Employment With The Bureau As An Investigator To Submit To A Polygraph Examination In Connection With His Or Her Employment Application; To Provide That The Required Training For Part-time Law Enforcement Certification Shall Not Be Sufficient For Certification As An Agricultural And Livestock Theft Investigator With The Bureau; And For Related Purposes.
