An Act To Amend Section 37-151-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Manner In Which The Average Daily Attendance Of School Districts Is Calculated For Adequate Education Program Funding Purposes In Order To Eliminate The Additional Allocation To Those School Districts Experiencing Positive Growth In The Three Preceding School Years; And For Related Purposes.
