An Act To Amend Section 49-19-307, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Burden Of Proof For Liability Of A Property Owner Or His Agent For Damage Or Injury Caused By Fire Or Resulting Smoke When Conducting A Prescribed Burn From Negligence To Gross Negligence; And For Related Purposes.
