An Act To Amend Section 37-43-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify The Purpose For Which Monies In The State Textbook Fund Shall Be Used; To Amend Section 37-43-43, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prescribe The Purpose For Which Monies Deposited In The Fund Collected From Nonpublic Schools For Lost Or Damaged Books May Be Used; To Amend Section 37-43-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Any Medium Or Manual Of Instruction In Electronic Format In The Definition Of Textbook; And For Related Purposes.
