An Act To Authorize A Correctional Facility To Purchase Prescription Medication In Amounts That Will Allow Such Correctional Facility To Dispense Prescription Medication From A Single Container To Inmates Diagnosed With A Health Condition Which Requires The Same Medication; To Amend Section 47-5-79, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
