Summary
An Act To Amend Section 99-19-77, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Mississippi Agricultural And Livestock Theft Bureau And The Mississippi Department Of Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks Can Recoup Investigation Costs; To Provide That An Assessment May Be Imposed For Class I Violations That Are Punishable As Provided In Section 49-7-141; And For Related Purposes.
