An Act To Amend Section 37-15-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A Decision By The School Boards Of Two School Districts To Approve The Transfer Of A Student Between Those Districts To Remain In Effect Until The Student's High School Graduation Unless The Student's Residential Address Subsequently Changes; And For Related Purposes.
