An Act To Authorize Courts To Sentence First Time Nonviolent Crime Offenders To Serve Their Sentence In County Jails; To Require Participation In A Work Program; To Amend Sections 47-5-901, 47-5-903 And 47-5-909, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; To Amend Section 47-5-911, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Repealer On The Law Which Authorizes State Offenders To Serve Sentences In County Jails; And For Related Purposes.
