An Act To Amend Section 47-7-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Prohibition Against Parole Eligibility For Certain Offenders Who Are 60 Years Of Age Or Older And Who Are Serving Sentences For Trafficking In Controlled Substances; And For Related Purposes.
