Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 27-19-89, 63-5-33 And 65-1-46, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase From 84,000 Pounds To 88,000 Pounds The Maximum Legal Weight Limit Of Vehicles For Which The Mississippi Department Of Transportation Has Issued A Harvest Permit Authorizing The Vehicle To Haul Certain Products On The Highways Of This State; And For Related Purposes.
