Summary

An Act To Create New Section 37-7-103.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Mandatory Abolition Or Administrative Consolidation Of A School District Under Conservatorship If The District Is Making Satisfactory Progress On Corrective Actions That Will Lead To The Termination Of The Conservatorship; To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; To Bring Forward Section 37-7-104.3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Requires The Administrative Consolidation Of All School Districts In Oktibbeha County On July 1, 2015, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
