An Act To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The State Department Of Education, Acting Through The Commission On School Accreditation To Develop Rules Governing School District Reporting Of Information On The Academic Performance Of Students Participating In Athletics And Extracurricular Activities; To Authorize The Commission To Share The Collected Information With The Mississippi High School Activities Association; To Require The Commission To Consult With The Mississippi High School Activities Association In The Development Of Rules Regarding The Content And General Information Collected To Analyze The Performance Of Students Participating In Athletics And Extracurricular Activities Governed By The Association; And For Related Purposes.
