Summary
An Act To Require The State Board Of Education To Implement A Financial Literacy Curriculum For Public Schools On Or Before The 2014-2015 Academic School Year; To Provide That The Course In Financial Literacy Shall Account For A One-half Carnegie Unit; To Require Successful Passage Of The Course As A Graduation Requirement; To Establish The "financial Literacy Trust Fund" As A Special Fund In The State Treasury; To Provide For The Funds Administration; To Amend Section 37-7-301, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
