Summary
An Act To Amend Section 29-3-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Local School Boards To Enter Into Supply Agreements For A Term Not To Exceed Ten Years For The Sale Of Certain Forestry Products On Sixteenth Section Lands; To Allow Contracts To Be Entered Into After Public Notice Or Private Contract After Certain Information Is Provided To The School Board By The State Forestry Commission; To Require That Supply Agreements Be Entered Into Upon The Recommendation Of The State Forestry Commission And Subject To The Approval Of Both The State Forestry Commission And The Secretary Of State; And For Related Purposes.
