An Act To Amend Section 27-7-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Net Income Of Nonresidents Derived From Property, Activity And Other Sources Within Mississippi Is Subject To The State Income Tax; To Amend Section 27-7-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "doing Business" For Purposes Of The State Income Tax Law; And For Related Purposes.
