An Act To Amend Section 27-65-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Electricity To A Homeowners' Association If The Electricity Is Used By The Association Solely In The Operation Of Street Lights And Security Equipment For The Purpose Of Providing Or Enhancing Safety And Security Measures Within The Area Comprising The Boundaries Of The Association; To Amend Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Street Lights And Security Equipment To A Homeowners' Association When Used By The Association Solely For The Purpose Of Providing Or Enhancing Safety And Security Measures Within The Area Comprising The Boundaries Of The Association; And For Related Purposes.
