An Act To Amend Section 37-151-81, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Provision Requiring Special Education Teachers Of Three- And Four-year-old Exceptional Children To Be Funded At Seventy Percent Of The Adequate Education Program Salary Schedule In Order To Require One Hundred Percent Funding Of All Special Education Teachers' Salaries And Certain Other Benefits; And For Related Purposes.
