Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That From The Proceeds Of Gasoline, Diesel Fuel Or Kerosene Taxes, An Amount Equal To 1% Of The Revenue From Gasoline And Diesel Fuel Taxes On Gasoline, Diesel Fuel And Kerosene Sold Within The City Of Jackson, Mississippi, Shall Be Allocated For Distribution To The City Of Jackson And Paid To The City; To Amend Section 27-5-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
