An Act To Provide That The Office Of Sheriff Shall Be A Nonpartisan Office; To Provide That The Names Of Candidates For The Office Of Sheriff Shall Be Listed As Nonpartisan On The Ballot; To Amend Sections 23-15-299, 23-15-359, 23-15-367, 23-15-511 And 23-15-531.3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
