Summary

An Act To Amend Section 59-5-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Mississippi State Port Authority At Gulfport Shall Be Considered To Be A Governing Authority Under The State Public Purchasing Laws; To Exempt The Mississippi State Port Authority At Gulfport From The Jurisdictional Authority Of The Department Of Finance And Administration, The Public Procurement Review Board And The Bureau Of Building, Grounds And Real Property Management; To Amend Sections 31-7-1, 27-104-7, 29-5-2 And 31-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Herein; And For Related Purposes.
