Summary
An Act To Amend Section 31-7-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Person Who Makes A Purchase For A County Without A Purchase Requisition Or Binding Contract Shall Be Personally Liable When Legal Requirements Are Not Followed, Instead Of The Purchase Clerk; And For Related Purposes.
