An Act To Authorize The Department Of Finance And Administration To Issue A Request For Proposals For One Or More On-site Primary Care Clinics For All State Employees Within The Greater Capitol Complex And Other Areas Of Critical Employment Concentration Throughout The State; To Provide Required Specifications That The Offerors Must Include In The Submitted Proposals; To Provide A Date For The Request For Proposals To Be Issued; And For Related Purposes.
