An Act To Amend Section 37-17-12, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt School Districts Achieving An Accountability Rating Of Either "a" Or "b" For Five Consecutive Years From Certain Statutes Applicable To Public Schools And The Related Rules, Regulations, Policies And Procedures Of The State Board Of Education; To Enumerate Certain Statutes From Which Such School Districts Are Not Exempt; To Amend Sections 37-1-3, 37-1-12, 37-1-13, 37-3-2, 37-3-4, 37-3-49, 37-3-105, 37-9-1, 37-9-103, 37-13-21, 37-13-41, 37-17-6, 37-21-3 And 37-45-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
