Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-7-43, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Public Safety To Make Regulations Prohibiting The Replacement Of Manufacturer's Headlights With Halogen Lights; To Provide That Any Person Who Uses A Lighting Device Disapproved By The Department Shall Be Guilty Of A Misdemeanor; To Bring Forward Section 63-7-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
