Summary
An Act To Reenact Sections 73-53-3, 73-53-8, 73-53-10, 73-53-11 And 73-53-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide Definitions For The Social Worker Licensure Law, Create The Board Of Examiners For Social Workers And Marriage And Family Therapists, Set Out The Powers Of The Board, And Prescribe The Licensure Requirements For Social Workers, And Sections 73-54-1 Through 73-54-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide For The Licensure And Regulation Of Marriage And Family Therapists; To Amend Reenacted Section 73-53-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Inform The Code Publisher Of Certain Nonsubstantive Language That Should Be Revised; To Amend Reenacted Section 73-54-5, Mississipi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Practice Of Marriage And Family Therapy; To Repeal Section 73-54-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For The Repeal Of The Reenacted Sections; And For Related Purposes.
