An Act To Amend Section 37-19-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize An Additional Annual Salary Supplement In The Amount Of $6,000.00 For Licensed School Counselors And Licensed School Nurses Who Complete The Necessary Requirements For Certification As A Mental Health Counselor Or As A Psychiatric-mental Health Nurse Practitioner, And Who Are Employed By A Public School District To Provide Mental Health Intervention Services; To Prescribe The Criteria To Be Used By The State Department Of Education And The Mississippi Department Of Mental Health Along With The Appropriate Occupational Licensing Board For The Professions In Determining Eligibility For The Salary Supplement; To Bring Forward Sections 37-3-101, 37-3-103 And 37-3-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendments; And For Related Purposes.
