Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-19-10, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That School Recognition Supplements Shall Be Available For All Certified Teachers, Licensed Vocational Teachers And Certified Staff; To Provide That Any Nonrecurring Salary Supplement Shall Be Paid In A Single Payment; To Provide For The Issuance Of Supplemental Contract For All Certified Teachers, Licensed Vocational Teachers And Certified Staff Receiving The Supplement Award; And For Related Purposes.
