Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 69-1-48 And 69-5-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Commissioner Of Agriculture And Commerce And The Mississippi Fair Commission To Lease Naming Rights For Buildings, Improvements, Grounds Or Objects Located On Department Property For Consideration Respectively Benefitting The Department And The Commission For Terms Not To Exceed Twenty Years; And For Related Purposes.
