Summary
An Act To Amend Section 45-1-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Laboratory Analysis Fee Imposed By The Courts Upon Certain Individuals In Criminal Cases Where The Mississippi Forensics Laboratory Provided Forensic Science Or Laboratory Services In Connection With The Case Shall Be Imposed Upon Individuals Convicted Of Misdemeanors In Addition To Individuals Convicted Of Felonies; And For Related Purposes.
