An Act To Amend Section 63-5-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide An Exception To The Requirement That Vehicles Carrying Certain Loads Must Operate During Daylight Hours; To Bring Forward Section 63-7-47, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Requires Vehicles To Display Red Signals Or Amber Lights On Certain Projecting Loads; And For Related Purposes.
