An Act To Amend Section 43-11-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Reverter On The Provision That Exempts From Personal Care Home Licensure Certain Private Residences In Which Personal Care Services Are Provided To Disabled Or Homeless Veterans Under An Agreement With The United States Department Of Veterans Affairs; And For Related Purposes.
