Summary
An Act To Amend Section 23-15-365, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Voters To Write On The Ballot The Name Of Any Individual Of The Voter's Choice To Be Considered As A Candidate For The Office Sought For Which The Election Is Held; To Amend Sections 23-15-333, 23-15-359, 23-15-361, 23-15-367, 23-15-409, 23-15-431, 23-15-511, 23-15-573, 23-15-649 And 23-15-679, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
