An Act To Create The "property Cleanup Revolving Fund" To Assist Municipalities With The Clean Up Of Properties That Have Been Determined To Be A Menace To The Public Health, Safety And Welfare Of The Community In Accordance With Section 21-19-11 Or Court; To Authorize The Creation Of A Grant Program And A Revolving Loan Program Administered By The Mississippi Home Corporation For Such Property Cleanup By The Municipality; To Authorize Municipalities To Enter Into Agreements And Take Such Actions Necessary To Participate In The Grant Program And Loan Program; And For Related Purposes.
