Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-65-241, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Authorizes The Levy Of A Municipal Special Sales Tax In Certain Municipalities, To Revise The Composition Of The Commission That Will, With Input From The Municipality, Establish A Master Plan For Road And Street Repair, Reconstruction And Resurfacing Projects And Water, Sewer And Drainage Projects For Which Revenue From The Special Tax May Be Expended And Monitor Expenditures Of Such Revenue To Ensure That The Municipality Complies With The Master Plan; And For Related Purposes.
