Summary

An Act To Prohibit A Door-to-door For-profit Solicitor From Approaching Or Soliciting A Home, Residence, Or Subdivision, At Any Time Where A Placard, Sign Or Any Other Posting Of Whatever Nature Is Displayed Indicating That The Homeowner Or Residential Occupant Does Not Wish To Be Solicited; To Provide Penalties For A Violation Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
