An Act To Amend Section 25-41-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Open Meetings Law In Order To Enhance Transparency With Regard To Those Public Bodies That Are Subject To The Law; To Remove The Exemption From The Act Granted To Public Hospital Staffs, Boards And Committees, Thereby Requiring Them To Comply With The Law; And For Related Purposes.
