Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 5-1-41, 5-1-43, 5-1-45, And 5-1-46, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Increase Or Decrease In The Salaries And Compensation Authorized By Law For Representatives, Senators, Lieutenant Governor, President Pro Tempore And Speaker Pro Tempore Shall Be Effective The First Day Of The Next Legislative Term Immediately Following The Legislative Term In Which The Legislation Authorizing Such Increase Is Passed Into Law; And For Related Purposes.
