An Act To Create The Unborn Infants Dignity Act; To Provide Certain Definitions; To Require The Release Of Certain Remains To The Mother Upon Request; To Require A Mother Or Her Authorized Representative To Provide A Written Authorization For The Final Disposition Of Certain Remains; To Provide For Fetal Death Certificates; To Prohibit The Buying, Selling And Experimentation On Unborn Infants Or Bodily Remains Resulting From Abortion; To Provide Criminal Penalties For Violations Of This Act; To Provide Civil Remedies For Certain Violations Of This Act; To Amend Sections 73-25-29, 41-39-1 And 41-39-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity With The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
